FERMI Scientific Programs - Scientific Programs are coordinated by Fulvio Parmigiani, Head of Scientific Programs. Main Areas involved are:

FPLS and FEST - There are two additional areas of responsibility within FERMI@Elettra Project Organization. They are:
FERMI Radio Protection Systems - A. Vascotto, ST Radiation Protection Group Responsible
MEETINGS - In order coordinate work and activity there are dedicated meetings, administrative and technical.
The FERMI project is one of many projects within Sincrotrone Trieste. It relies on matrixing people into FERMI from the 6 technical and 2 administrative functional groups. People are matrixed into FERMI at some fraction of their time and over a given people following negotiation with the 8 functional Group Coordinators. Once assigned they respond to the direction of the FERMI Area Project Leaders.
