The FERMI project is one of many projects within Sincrotrone Trieste. It relies on matrixing people into FERMI from the 6 technical and 2 administrative functional groups. People are matrixed into FERMI at some fraction of their time and over a given people following negotiation with the 8 functional Group Coordinators. Once assigned they respond to the direction of the FERMI Area Project Leaders.
