ACCESS REQUEST 

Before coming to Elettra an "access request" must be submitted for each participant to the experiment. Timing for the submission of the Access Request varies according to Users Categories: General Users, EU Funded Users, Research Team Members and Collaborators must submit their Access Form at least two weeks before the experiment. Italian Funded Users must submit their Access Request form at least one month before the experiment.

In order to submit the Access Request, please do as follows: enter the VUO at the address: https://vuo.elettra.trieste.it.
Click the link Virtual Unified Office (VUO) (if you are not a registered user, please click the "New User" link) and log in using your id and password. You will find the link to access requests in the left column, towards the bottom, as indicated below.

Click on the blue text. As a new page appears, click "[Add new access request]".

To fill up the Access Request form takes less than two minutes (and two steps)! Please do not forget to press "[Save and submit]" at the end.
