Registration deadline is on September 10th, 2017.

Registration Fee

The registration fee for participants is 150 euro, the fee includes:

• welcome cocktail on the 19^th of September
• social dinner on the 21^st of September
• coffee breaks
• wifi connection
• transfer to/from hotel (see Accommodation)

Payment method

On-site payment will not be accepted.

After registration you will receive by e-mail the details for credit card payment.

Alternatively, you can make a bank transfer (see details here below).

In the description always specify the name of both the participant and Workshop (even if the payment is performed directly by your Institution). For Euro countries please specify "SHARE". For Extra Euro countries (extra EU, UK, Croatia, Norway, etc.) please specify "OUR" Please, note that all bank transfer costs will be charged to the sender.

Accompanying Persons

A maximum of one accompanying person is allowed at the welcome cocktail on the 19^th of September with no additional fee.

A maximum of one accompanying person is allowed at the social dinner on the 21^st of September with an additional fee of 30 Euro, which shall be paid directly to the restaurant.

Additional accompanying persons shall be communicated directly to the Local Organizing Committee, with email to: loc.noce2017@elettra.eu

Number of Participants

The maximum number of participants to the workshop (accompanying persons excluded) is 80. A limited number of rooms is available at the hotels listed in Accommodation. For these reasons, you are invited to register and reserve a room as soon as possible.
