The Registration fee covers the conference kit, 2 meals at ICTP Guesthouses, Coffee breaks, transfer and visit to Elettra and guided tour around Trieste.
(*) A limited number of grants as free registration (200 €) are available for PhD students. A motivation letter of the Institution or of the supervisor of the student is required and has to be sent to the organizing committee (gisr2017@elettra.eu) before March, 30th 2017. The student, to be eligible, has to be registered. A decision on the assignment will be sent by the organizer within May 2th 2017.
No fee payment is required by the following participants:
- Invited Speakers
- Elettra Staff
- Elettra GdR (permanent Research Team members at Elettra)
- Participants from Trieste Science Institutions (including students)
