Registration, Submission, and Information for Authors

Registration to the Conference

  • Registration to the conference is handled by "the office Srl." Follow the instructions on the registration web page for information and registration.
  • Note that the registration to the conference is independent from the registration to previously submitted abstracts.
  • The deadline for early-registration has passed.

Paper Submission

  • Note the change in publication policy for the proceedings of this and future FEL conferences.
  • Details on the procedure for paper submission are posted in the guidelines for paper submission.
  • Submission of papers MUST be made via the Internet, i.e., to the SPMS (JACoW Scientific Programme Management System).
  • Only authors with a registered and accepted contribution can upload papers.
  • Authors must use the Paper ID codes to identify their contribution.

Information for Speakers

  • General information is posted in the guidelines for speakers.
  • Presentations can be made electronically using the projector equipment provided by the conference, or with transparencies.
  • Electronic presentations MUST be uploaded in advance through the Internet, i.e., to the SPMS (JACoW Scientific Programme Management System).
  • Only presenting authors of an oral presentation can upload electronic contributions. Authors must use the Paper ID codes to identify their contribution.

Poster Sessions

  • General information is posted in the guidelines for posters.
  • Poster boards are 1.10 m (43.3") wide and 1.30 m (51.2") high.

Abstract Submission

The deadline for abstract submission has passed. Please follow the guidelines for post-deadline submission for further instructions.
